The product Super Methyl-SP K-112, contains Methylfolate for MTHFR and supports methylation deficiency and methylation reactions, important for metabolism of homocysteine, by providing a combination of targeted nutrients and cofactors, such as trimethylglycine at 550 mg and MSM at 50 mg per serving.* This formula includes the antioxidant vitamins C and E, as well as high-potency riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12. In addition, this formula includes a biologically active form of folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid or 5-MTHF), which is normally produced and available to the body only at the final stage of the folate metabolic process. Directions of methylfolate dosage according to your MTHFR mutations (adults and children over 12 years of age):
No mutations or MTHFR A1298C Heterozygous (1 mutation): Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal
MTHFR A1298C Homozygous (2 mutations) or MTHFR C677T Heterozygous (1 mutation): Take 2 capsules per day with meals
MTHFR C677T Homozygous (2 mutations) or Compound Heterozygous (1 mutation of C677T and 1 of A1298C): Take 3 capsules per day with meals

Always increase the amount slowly.
